By booking services - using our website or facilities - you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental terms provided at booking. These form the entire agreement between you and The Golf Place. 

Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and can form a binding contract. If you create an account or provide login credentials, you're responsible for activity under your account, including keeping passwords secure. 

Booking, Cancellation, & No-Show Policy

Bookings must be prepaid with a valid credit card.

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled time will incur a fee; no‑shows or late arrivals may be charged full amount.

We reserve the right to release unpaid bays after a grace period.

Pricing & Fees

All prices listed are subject to change without notice. Taxes, tips, and additional charges such as retail, lessons, or event fees, are calculated at checkout. The price charged is the one shown at confirmation. 

Use of Facilities & Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself responsibly while on premise: no illegal, defamatory, or disruptive behavior. The Golf Place reserves the right to terminate your access for violations.

Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content on our website—including text, logos, trademarks—is owned by The Golf Place or licensed to us. You may not use or reproduce such content without prior written consent. 

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

Facilities and services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Golf Place, its affiliates, staff, and licensors from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance. 

Severability & No Waiver

Should any part of these Terms be deemed invalid, the rest remains in effect. Waiver of any right is only valid if in writing.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in courts located in Philadelphia County, PA.
